  Ensure all pergola components are securely repacked in their original crates and boxes to prevent damage during transit.

  Schedule Collection

  Once your return is approved, our specialized freight partner will contact you to schedule a convenient time for curbside pickup.

  Inspection and Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned items for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
